Kristina Clemens was raised in Beech Grove, Indiana, and spent most of her childhood playing with Nathaniel, her younger brother, best friend, confidant, and protector. Two months after his 18th birthday, Nathaniel died in a drowning accident—an event that changed Kristina’s life forever. The profound impact of Nathaniel’s death propelled Kristina into nearly a decade of spiritual confusion, depression, and raw grief.
