Consultant L.T. Kodzo is contracted to support business operations for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon. She has over 15 years experience working for companies high on Fortune’s top 50.
A dynamic speaker and sought-after facilitator, Kodzo has a gift for dissecting complex issues into digestible slices. She has taught hundreds of classes around the world; more than 100 people have been certified through her mentorship.
Her tumultuous youth has drawn her to provide direct, honest answers for the challenging questions young people ask, including tough topics like sex, drugs, and abortion. She has spent over 25 years in various teaching and mentoring roles with young people. These include teaching Sunday school and Christian seminary at public high schools; speaking at Campus Crusade for Christ at the University of Utah; speaking and teaching in Togo, West Africa; mentoring young writers, and contributing to YA newsletters.
Kodzo graduated from West High in Salt Lake City and attended Westminster College for two years. Twenty years later – in 2007 – she graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in English.
She regularly attends writers’ conferences and a writers’ critique group. She is a member of ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers) and was a finalist in the 2010 ACFW Genesis Contest in the YA category.
Kodzo and her husband have two grown children.
